sometimes i use neocities, but sometimes i'll use visual studio code and use the live server plugin to preview in my browser before i post. just make sure the folders and links are the same as theyll be on your website so you can actually see the images/assets youre using
i use VS code, because sometimes neocities takes a while to load css files! i have a copy of my html files and folders in my computer with the same name as the ones in the neocities server. after i'm done i just copy the code and paste it into the file in here.
sometimes things ended up looking a tiny bit different when loaded in here, so beware of that.
vscode with live server extension to preview then upload via ftp. i really should figure out how to get it from github directly on to here at some point.
You're supposed to code somewhere else, but because everything I do is so disorganized (and I'm lazy) I find it easier to just do it all here. I'd say that most users' update counts are inflated because people tend to do it directly through the editor.
you're very welcome! none of us really know what we're doing, we just get a lil better at it over time
Made a new background/tv for music vids page, still brainstorming a different display for the vid and project links. This page is like, 50% done!
No need to thank me! It’s just a drop in the bucket I’m sure. Shit sucks and I’m sorry about your loss, wishin you smoother times ahead
thank ya! I dig your style so much, your site feels very cozy and reminiscent of I Saw The TV Glow (one of my favorite films)
