im using whatever tf they give me as a default browser honestly 😭 Firefox is still one of the better mainstreams but im honestly better off accepting it and hoping my pc runs it fine than panicking and switching to diff programs and forks every time something happens
Microsoft is scaling back AI use because they shoved it at people and nobody used it. rn mozilla is doing the same thing, shoving AI at you and hoping you accidentally use it for something. librewolf literally does not do this because it's a big-time security vulnerability and lw is focussed on privacy above everything else. users rolling over and taking it is exactly what keeps AI integration alive.
ok well i said that and then looked at lw's settings and an option for AI summarising IS THERE, it is simply unchecked by default. it truly is impossible to escape generative hell isn't it
If their forks are gonna do the same thing, they should disable them by default at least. Or better yet not implement them.
and this is why i use LibreWolf instead of that. who in the world wants ChatGPT in their browsers?
