Hey, browsing global activity and thought I'd reply. I can't find anything about Tor being illegal in your country. You can google it just to be sure (usually forums are a good place for these questions) but the police only cares about whether people download certain browsers or use VPNs when those services are illegal. Also, browsing the deep web itself isn't illegal either, it all depends on what you do on it.
depends if your country censors vpns and whatnot, in most western countries it's not illegal

it's less about illegality, more about the fact that you can be seen accessing a Tor entry point. according to FVEY that makes you suspicious.
i dont think so...ive used tor once, and nothing has happened to me...just dont download or do illegal stuffs and youll be good
