Ramiel is pretty cool. I like seeing that angel. Unless you're talking about a different sort of execution. The first thing that comes to mind would be 1 page that acts as a hub for the angel pages. You could try your best to make it look like something NERV related. Like the stuff on the page is one of their wacky read-outs. Harder to do, but it's an idea. Also gives you an excuse to change up the format.
Another idea for an update would be a page redirect (to something spooky?) if you stay on the inactive login page for too long. Also, changing the selection color to better compliment your site may help. Who knows, could be cool.
