1 green onion finely chopped, 20 g sliced cabbage, 1 shiitake mushroom finely sliced, 1/4 block medium tofu, 1 nori sheet ripped into pieces, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp miso paste. Measure out a bowl of water and put it in a pot along with the veggies, after boiling them for 2-3 minutes, turn down the heat to medium & add the tofu, nori, soy sauce, sesame oil and miso paste, whisk it all together.
