i might be a bit less active on the neocities dashboard for a while, because my current level of activity is a bit too reminiscent of social media. i'll still be updating just as often! but i'll be a bit less vocal about it. i think i prefer guestbook comments or email, they feel more intentional

on that note, my email is always open for anyone to contact me, i love email and even if its just to say hi or ramble about your day, my inbox is open
honestly i've always been a bit antisocial so i was impressed you had been interacting on here so much! but i feel you.. i think anything more longform or infrequent (like a one time guestbook comment or email) really does feel more intentional.. also bc there's not the stimulation/instant reward of quick interaction
@gab - yeah exactly, and i can easily find them back/store them, whereas comments are buried forever, and happen beside my site which sort of defeats the purpose of having it if you dont have to visit it to check up with someone
