you know, i've been trying to find the manga, blue for years now, i remember reading it as a teenager, but i forgot the mangaka's name. i think i can finally track it down and read it again, thank you for that :)

blog entry: 07/06/2026: Studying, Exhaustion, Time Poverty, and All Other Current Annoyances ↓ kind of sad about neocities not really doing it for me even though i do love working on it. I know I wanted to get away from social media, but I miss meeting new people and being able to talk to people about what they're posting and doing all the same and vice versa!!!

i always love reading ur blog posts.. ik they're blog posts but they are so beautiful to me... i think it's the way u convey your thoughts . but i love u n i hope u are well while finding ur balance in everyday living... i'm sorry that you've been having depressing thoughts :( it's ok to verbalize them . i think that makes it easier even though it can feel hard and so scary to even think them..... . biggest hug 🫂

Thank you so much for your comment Niko :') I was having a bad day and it made me feel so much better to read it. I'm taking a week off work (just working from home bc it's the atmosphere there I wanted to get away from) and reconsidering a ton of major things at the moment to figure stuff out.. hello!! i got around to reading your review on the manga blue and it made me scroll through the pages again, especially the haircut on the rooftop, you captured the feeling of listlessness that the blank spaces gives to the narrative itself; im really glad you liked reading this manga!! and hope you find more that are up your alley <3

thank you so much, especially for recommending it to me in the first place :-) i really loved the art in blue so much it did so much more for the narrative than words ever could have, and it got me back into reading manga for a bit so i just finished a few volumes of rose of versailles too. hope youre doing well@!

@4cornersofpluto you're welcome :3 im happy it got you back into reading manga again!!! i remember reading a lot of rose of versailles when i first got into manga and was constantly amazed by the art ; it was too much for me when i was an amateur manga reader so i gave up half way through :') thinking of picking it up again sometime this year !!
