ooh i'll have to give that kj charles book a try and see where i stand - i really enjoyed the the will darling series from her but i agree that the romance was a bit suspicious at times especially in book 1 lol. i found the strength of those books in the plots and side characters, but i mostly got into the main couple's dynamic when she finally Got There in unpacking it. i wonder if fortune-hunting is similar?

looking forward to your thoughts!! according to my storygraph i did read the first book in the will darling series a WHILE ago, but i remember VERY little of it - i'm honestly kind of curious i'd enjoy it on reread since its got more going on. (though that could go the other way too - all of us murderers was mostly a mystery & did not work for me either)

brought my dish to the small web potluck!! going to be doing some reshuffling of the logbook later, so some links may be (temporarily) broken today, but i should (HOPEFULLY) get everything fixed by end-of-day. (page names shouldn't be changing except for the logbook home page). also have been working on a big new webpage... to be uploaded sometime this weekend perhaps?

TURNS OUT making those changes to the logbook necessitated me implementing autoloadable navigation bar so that i don't have to go into every individual page to update the navigation every time, which i will appreciate in the future even if i did still have to update every individual page this time around. but they're all done! lmk if anything's still broken even after hard refresh
