I've also wondered if people in the past felt like everything stayed the same through their whole lives. That's hard to wrap my head around since there have been so many crazy changes just since I've been born (I'm in my 30s), let alone the last 100 years or so.
I'm so glad I'm not alone with wondering that! I wonder what an ancient person would have looked at as the signs of a changing time for them. It's so interesting to think about.
