i feel like my own characters have not gotten any spotlight as of late... but at the same time making individualized pages for each and every one of them may tear me out from the inside (/lh) so maybe i'll add them gradually sooner or later TwT
also i have been desperate to share my mascot's (nyneve) story but i am. making it into a short RPGmaker game and thus cannot say much without spoiling, which is pretty much... most of it. i'm just going to say it right now everything you read on their wiki page right now is deliberately written to avoid specific details about the lore or story or anything in case i want to go back and change it later-
-which is preeeeeeeeetty unlikely since i've pretty much set like the main strokes of the story in stone and i know how it ends and like the plot points and everything but i bet most people have heard the phrase that getting from point A to point B is the hardest part.
specifically, in making sure the interweaving details of the plot/lore/emotional arc are connected and there's no plot holes
i WILL say though making use of RPGmaker's text system to make the dialogue all wavy and bouncy and shaky when you need to is very satisfying
if you've played OMORI or In stars and time (or just rpgmaker games) you'll know what i'm talking about hehe
though i will say i unapologetically overuse ellipses in my writing. its for the dramatic pausing!!!!!!!!! tho there's a bunch of moments where the text scrolling will-
okay, my apologies. this is chain is already 5 comments long, 6 including this one. this is why i restrain myself. or this will end up being like 20 or 30 or however long i decide to go on for

-just pause to the dialogue to emphasize some words and whatnot
