1. The site I was using to host maybe 90% of my images is uh, dead for now, so. Not sure where I'm going from here (I don't currently have access to my physical storage drives, and let's be honest I have no clue what my site looks like currently)
2. Spamming my email & guestbook for updates isn't going to motivate me, please don't. (I'm glad anyone wants to see my nonsense, but yikes idk man.)

i'm still relatively new at this website making stuff, but what i do when drawing and i have this problem is i save what i have, and then sketch something new. So in this case, you could download all the site files and put them in a folder, and then go to town redoing it in whats basically a copy? if that makes sense?

I'd say, upload your current website files to Github. Create a separate repository for your old and new layouts. That way, your old website is still backed up somewhere. Petrapixel has a really good guide on how to use Github on her site if you don't know how. It is still a bit complicated to me too, but I use it to back my site up https://petrapixel.neocities.org/coding/git-tutorial

I guess this is more of a like. Very stagnant time capsule-ass take that I probably didn't...get across very well but I appreciate you guys <3 I honestly don't have the brain to code an entirely new website (& lbr, almost every project I've touched in 15yrs+ looks VERY similar to what's going on here) I guess I'm just like. HUH WONDER IF I COULD. (Backing things up is...smart though. Certainly haven't done that. Oop)

IT'S THE ONLY WAY. I love everyone on here but IDFK how I could function without a left sidebar. (I'm just glad it doesn't have to be panel CSS anymore. Also I love your lastfm widget thingy! Jealous!)

Sorry to sound rude I'm just dealing with a wild amount of Real Life Stuff™ and very clearly haven't been on here so being hit with a bunch of this is whack - especially when I pretty much can't just "update" but HAVE to rebuild my site from the ground up now, a task that already kind of sucks & that my OCD is about to make absolutely intolerable. Appreciate the interest but not the pressure. Urgh.
