@misswannabe it's been 3 years since ive been in a consistent DPDR episode. it really sucks and idk how to get out of it

@emptygod oh my god that sucks!! Well, I really don't know what advice is best for the situation because I could tell you to eat something strong but that's... That's only for a while!!
