Your essays are so well-written and thought-provoking! As an "artist" myself (or hobbyist? It doesn't make a lot of difference to me), I really resonated with the one about writing and self-publishing; it made me think of how often I am told to sell and market my creations, when in reality I just want to create for the sake of it, because it makes me feel. Thank you for making me think!

LOVE your rededication to writing for your own sake, to exercise your identity and freedom! thank you so much for sharing. thoughtful + personal essays are my favourite to read. i 100% agree with everything, of course -- i love the democratisation of "publication" (online) + platforms, so happy to see you using it to share your writing.
