I agree with you, but I think what he means by "no-reply" is that there was a "no-reply" in the email address, or the email content said something like "Please don't reply, this address is a mailing list bot and is not monitored."

if you guys are wondering about the iplanet v3, im doing something similar to a REST api. once done, ima make requests via postman to see if it works
