Added more words to the profanity filter for PG13 chats & added a PG13 content warning on the intial load for PG13 chats

bug fixes & whatnot. a confirmation box is now prompted if you try to leave your settings page after making changes & not saving them. Fixed the bug where some users start off with their username set to "null"

Oh yeah, usernames are also filtered through the profanity filter now on PG13 rated chats
