what you're going through really hits home for me, it's genuinely such a horrible backed-into-a-corner feeling and i really hope it gets easier for you soon :( i always have to remind myself not to let those experiences and fears colour my perspective on life. shit happens sometimes but if you didn't know, it's not your fault :/
