mostly miscellaneous changes. in particular, added dark mode to the journal to spare my poor eyesight B-)

does anyone have tips on making a site button? (e.g. what software to use, how you designed yours) i want to collect my mutuals' buttons so i thought it'd be cool to have my own too!

I used paint tool sai to make the different frames (like 3 or 4) and put them into this gif maker https://gifmaker.me/ !! I made mine around 150X62 pixels but i see different ratios for different sites

i added a guestbook link to index.html (yay) but the word "guestbook" is longer than all the other links and sticks out (bad)
