You sound like you're being very hard on yourself! Doing art doesn't mean you have to be perfect, it's normal for a lot of pieces to not work out. I've seen people talk about a 3 to 13 or 3 to 10 ratio. Where the smaller number was pieces they were satisfied with. Most of us don't show what we deem our failures, so it's easy to get a skewed impression of what an artist's actual body of work looks like.
Insecurities are something that all artists face. I've never met an artist that isn't a bit insecure about their work. But I think you underestimate how easily the public is impressed by ANY display of artistic skill, even the most basic. Most adults are too afraid to even pick up a pencil, and that is enough to gain their respect. What's presentable to you is at a far higher standard because you can actually draw.
And when more experienced artists see your stuff, they tend to be less judgemental because they understand what you are feeling because they've been through the same frustrating process of growth. Trolls that frequently criticise other people for their own self satisfaction usually aren't particularly good artists themselves. You should just ignore those.
