Hey! Wanted to let you know I made your kimchi jjigae recipe the other day and I really enjoyed it. I actually have also tried Maangchi's recipe but I found yours much easier to follow. Could definitely whip this up any day of the week. Thanks for sharing :]

i was really ambitious and wanted a unique layout for my recipes section, but i gave up on that for now and decided to instead focus on posting the recipes themselves lol

@rusty-bytes yes!!! maangchi's a wonderful person to get korean recipes from. a handful of my korean recipes are basically modified from hers!
would anyone be interested in reading my mid-year update on my techo kaigi? nothing has been removed, but in my journey to use up notebooks i already own, the ecosystem may have... grown lmaonade

I have been thinking a lot about how I personally use hobbies as a way to justify overconsumption. "If I buy X, I'll be a better Y!" Sometimes, the solution is simply to start journaling, with whatever I already have. Of course, not everyone is the same, I must clarify that this is my own experience.

it's so true that all you do need is a journal and pen, and sometimes it really just takes going so so simple even with what you write. it took me years to settle on 'literally just write a single highlight a day. if you want to write more, do so, but you dont have to'
