Neocities doesn't support SWL or PHP for anyone, because it can get outdated easily. And they want sites to last.
I thought Neocities supported PHP/SQL for Supporters... along with basic email support, custom domains, WebDAV (wow!), and everything else that's a web programmer's dream
Yeah, with the Supporter subscription, you have almost no limits when it comes to file to creating.
