found out someones been archiving my site and statuscafe page on the wayback machine and im a bit weirded out by it. i dont have anything too deeply personal on either pages so i dont really mind but if i did i'd probably want to be asked for permission first.

cant help but feel a little too aware that someone's watching you know. i feel generally positive about archiving but im also a firm believer in the right to be forgotten and how excessive collecting of data is just playing into the machinations of surveillance. ultimately this specific situation is not a big deal but it makes me think...
You CAN opt out of archival for archive.org if that's of interest- I know there's a page for that somewhere.
