Added more words to the profanity filter for PG13 chats & added a PG13 content warning on the intial load for PG13 chats

bug fixes & whatnot. a confirmation box is now prompted if you try to leave your settings page after making changes & not saving them. Fixed the bug where some users start off with their username set to "null"
