A maintenance window is scheduled from May 5th-May 10th, during this time you will not be able to access chat histories. Small conversation history will be preserved as long as a user is online, but these temporary histories will be deleted when no users are online in your chat.

I work a full time blue collar job, and these issues surfaced in the middle of a work week meaning almost no time to troubleshoot. That's why the maintenance window is so wide. The goal is to have everything fixed and chat histories restored BEFORE May 10th
Again, thanks for the patience and support. And to my new followers, do not be discouraged. Things like this do not happen often, but is the exact reason why I keep things free, lol
