i think that anyone who does what they need to do to survive in an oppressive post-industrial capitalist hellscape isn't at fault for that. we're trapped in a system that values profit and gives you no choice but to support that system in order to get the basic necessities you need to survive. if you need to put ads on your site so you can get the things you need to live, then don't let anyone give you crap about it

At the moment the only editoral guidelines I have on paper are for video game stuff specifically, but here's the thing, if you like what we have in the mag already, chances are whatever you write will fit in just fine

I'm kinda crashing out because the job market has been extremely rough in my field and I had just landed a basic ass job at 7/11 and they hired to many people and literally had to let me go the second day I was at work. Been feeling so much pressure to make this website make money and it's not good for me or the project

Goddamn? The second day? That last sentence hits though because I keep trying to build up an art following so I can eventually make money off of it but I get like two followers in a year. Sucks lol

I want the magazine to be a platform for other artists too, like you should be able to send in some works to get promoted, but it all takes so much time
