now for personal websites this is irrelevant as youre not accepting user input; but if you want to make a website in such a language, or in guestbooks, this becomes relevant

quick example -- notion, no rtl support. obsidian, good rtl support. youtube, no rtl support

"نىوسېتېس" might be better. or you can go literal and say "يېڭى شەھەرلەر" lol
