I had no idea Adobe After Effects could do that but it's neat. I only used Adobe Animate a little for an assignment but I haven't experimented if it can make pixel art move and have it look decent yet.

Part of me wants to do a little doll maker project. I used to go on doll maker websites all the time. There was one called The Doll Palace that I made dolls in. https://web.archive.org/web/20100109030559/http://www.thedollpalace.com/ I really miss this site, I wish it still worked.
