pretty big update to the links page. i added a LOT of new resources and links so this is basically a bookmark page now - also changed the layout a bit for it to be a bit more readable to me specifically LOL

hi sorry i havent updated in so long i was sick. well that and the fact i am a bit out of ideas LOL heres just some minimal changes to the home page + i fixed up tiny errors the lightmode css had. if anyone even uses that theme
