Neocities.org
i like neocities because they don't keep changing the layout and structure of the website all the time. You go to tumblr or "X" (formerly twitter lol) and its like everything has changed again or things are added or removed and its confusing and disorientating not to mention all the overwhelming amount of things and information they tend to overload you with visually in their design and UI.
