hello all i have a question, do the crt scanlines on some pages of my site hurt your eyes? i put them there before bc my site used to be super white and the lines made things easier to read but its been more dark for a while now so i might get rid of it if it makes it harder to read things lol. please be honest!!!!

lol i have given up on making any part of my site look aesthetic or pretty. i admire people who are able to make beautiful and artsy layouts that are eye candy to look at but i cannot do that. i am obsessed with my default of Really long border 1px solid black div

looking at it from the main page, it doesnt hurt my eyes but thinner fonts are slightly harder to read. i enjoy the aesthetic of it so maybe you could implement a toggle for it (and/or make it disabled on reduced motion!)
A toggle would be suitable, it is fine for normal users and it's a bit darker to read.
For me i can read it but it kinda bothers me since the words are kinda 'flashing' (￣▽￣*)ゞ
