That's happened to me. My solution has been to either check the internet archive or go through the members list to get a code from someone else's site "( – ⌓ – )

for a while i had a site bookmarked related to integrating a comment widget that just required a google form & some javascript and now i can't find it at all and it is driving me crazy.
