what a powerful piece - there is something really cathartic about its quiet rage. as always, hope you are doing okay!
@ryo thank you so much!!! thank you for always reading and responding, you're awesome. and yeah i'm okay, i just have a lot of feelings!
ryo this is awesome. i have heard of the immortal jellyfish now! and this made me very sad, but i am happy you shared this with us!
@manyface ah, sorry about that! and thank you, I'm really glad y'all enjoyed it - I'm finding that writing about death helps me demystify it, almost. also - never not thinking about the immortal jellyfish!
of course ! i totally understand. hope to see you back here again someday :]
this work feels very Lovecraftian, absolutely love the description of the entity and how suddenly it breaks the calm of the world of the first few lines. can't stop thinking about 'a god without eyes', I really like this piece!
I love this, it gives me this image of a tiny guy just floating off indefinitely. it's haunting and soothing at the same time!
absolutely love the vocabulary you used and the imagery you built with it, great piece!
for sure! i get it :] feel free to rejoin if you'd like to at some point ! we'd love to have you back
