I actually think you used the prompt as a jumping-off point very well - you explored the idea of asymmetry as a discrepancy between previously and currently held notions beautifully. it's a strong piece, love the final line!

oh this is amazing!!! i really enjoyed your exploration of the prompt actually, i think there is a certain asymmetry in growing up and filling the space that opens up to you.
