Thank you so much! I started to learn how to do html when I was a kid thanks to my dad but when it comes to the Windows98 simulator I used a Github template as a foundation and then built on top of it. My credits page (https://hhroses.art/credits) has a lot of useful resources for how to achieve a retro aesthetic and stuff.
