Yes actually it is. I'm pretty sure I did it that way to fit more widgets in each row. It is weird how it changes randomly though.
your webpage won't display on firefox and returns a "secure connection failed" message, dunno if it's on my end tho

ngl i wld edit 98.css to get rid of all the unneccesary changes to other elements but lookin through the file is like searching for a tiny pebble in a huge pile of rocks
