Neocities.org

Switched to Visual Studio Code for my stuff. If not for the fact that I've kinda semeneted this on neocities very well and that it gets me a little bit more outside attention, I would have moved to github LOL. I think this will improve things quite a bit, as I won't need to update the site several times over in order to fix something.
