Day 498: I'm so tired, hungry. If I hear one more mention of the queen I think I'm gonna snap the neck of the nearest person I see. Literally everyone is homeless. Fires litter the city as people burn absolutely everything in an effort to keep warm and cook what little sustenance they can find. UK no longer exists. The queen's funeral has bankrupted the entire planet. The royals sucked us all dry.

I read that but then immediately someone also said that that's not true and something to do with the director leaving or some kind of drama lol well have only seen one ep and was pretty good so surely in the future everything will work out for uncle isekai

Crime is at a record high for all of humanity. Occasionally walking through what used to be "downtown" you run into people who managed to makeshift some system to hook up to the airwaves. Every single radio station and TV station is broadcasting repeats of segments from the queen's life. Emperor Charles sits upon his golden throne, head adorned with jewels & says in a monotone voice that we're all in this together.
