Moved some of the inline CSS to the styleheet instead, so if stuff looks funky (Particularly on mobile) either hard refresh or wait it out for it to update :'D should only be the index and home lages acting up

oH MY God I need to turn on notifications for when I get Deltaring applications, I thought they had stopped but they were just quietly piling up without me realizing- So sorry to everyone who's been kept waiting, I'll go review the applications now

Preparing stuff for a Christmas theme since the code of this place is a messsss! Should be up later tonight if I'm able to fix it :3 Along with christmas themed splash art on the enter page

CHRISTMAS PALETTE IS IN, YIPPEE (Sorry for weird contrast issues, I'm still adjust things here and there :'D)
Added a snow falling effect to the website and some of the snowflakes render as weird emojis on my phone x) need to edit those out, it just looks really silly
