Ah, I see what you mean. No that isn't a headband, it's supposed be a Baseball cap doing the Jotaro thing where it melds into his hair. As for the whiskers, they're tattoos that appear as part of his golden form.

ow.. I suggest that you slightly alter him or you going to keep telling to everyone what youve just told me, over and over. put care that his golden form is in border of Lion-O

I intend to make some of the inspirations a bit more clearer, don't you worry lol. And just for the record, his golden form is inspired from Araki's pre-JoJo series, BAOH.
