explained this b4, but im basically makingトモコレ, just more idle-game-ified... i specify トモコレ instead of Tomodachi Life, because even though Tomodachi Life is the sequel to トモコレ, they work very differently (in my opinion). one is like a thing you check up on once in a while, while the other you can mess with for hours.

I've watched gameplay of social simulators, but I've never played one. Will birds eat kids in yours?

Uninstall apps and delete accounts. Remove it from the vicinity of your mindless doomscroll routine.

Normalfagging on social-media is the problem, uninstall apps and use the sites on browser if you can't delete outright for whatever reason. And on computer, install Arch or Gentoo Linux then run everything through terminals except browser, but make your non-terminal browser VERY schizo (and use uMatrix too).

Also, I think you might mean "epiphany." A euphemism is a word you substitute to say something more politely.

if u have an iphone, u can use assistive access as a sort of "focus mode", its useful for me too

for me, realizing that going back to those parts (for me was toxic parts of twitter) was a compulsion and i am fully capable of resisting those compulsions. i have ocd though, so it may not be the same for you. i have leechblock on firefox as well
