are neocities sites stuck in the past for anyone else or is this just my ISP being stupid or something? i'll see previews of new stuff but then i look inside and see there's only old stuff. no amount of ctrl+f5 is fixing this either.

thanks! between the ones with cluster, i think i prefer After The Heat more; the edgier sound fits my ears better, i suppose. both of them are great regardless.
