this may be a silly question but! i'm looking for an offline html/css/webdev editor sort of thing, does anybody have program recommendations? i swear i saw someone talking about one before, but i lost the name before i could install it T__+T right now ive been doing all my coding directly in neocities (and refreshing 3,000 times per page) and it's horribly inefficient!! so pwease lmk what u recommend!

i use sublime text
Sublime Text or Notepad++ is pretty good, though it really comes down to personal preference. I use Vim because I’m a complete hipster, but I don’t recommend it lol. Try some editors out and see which suits your workflow the best
