Like an old ad campaign for a book club in Finland said: "Lukeminen kannattaa aina." ("Reading is always worth it.")
I hope we can expect some follow-up thoughts on the book you finish reading.
Thanks for the suggestion; I guess I could write a few words about the books I've read.
Good luck! I too hope you post some follow-up thoughts on the books you read. It's always nice hearing from you. I should really do more to work through my own gargantuan pile of books that I want to read.
The irony of a "Guide to reviving your ability to concentrate" is surely that (as I tend find) the very act of reading a book helps.
Thank you for putting this together! This may or may not be a helpful suggestion, but I find my that my own issues with concentration are mitigated to an extent when I read from a screen instead of a physical book. I don't know why, since I actually detest ebooks and have always adored and collected physical books.
I've noticed that reading from a screen rather than from a physical book makes my eyes tire more quickly. I've never tried an e-reader, so I can only compare books with computer screens, though.
