Neocities to me, along with many people has been a safe-haven from the slew of consumerist web services (Like Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, ect.) and the toxicity of them. (2)
I get that a lot of y'all may have hatred toward certain people, but Neocities isn't a place for you constantly share that hatred and spread it with others. (3)
By spreading hate, all you're doing is giving more attention to the person you don't like, which they'll probably use to their advantage and turning Neocities into a unattractive platform while also moving it away from its original purpose. (4)
Most people could give less of a shit about who you dislike, especially on Neocities, and combining this the consequences above just makes your whining completely hurtful and unnecessary (and makes you look pretty immature imo). (5)
People don't want Neocities to turn into Twitter/TikTok-esque platform and the only way to prevent this is by being mindful of what we create and post on here. Just because what you are doing looks fine in your eyes does not mean it is okay, and this goes both for people who hate and people that receive hatred. (6)
