went to A&E last night (made the post in the waiting room), waited a bit, had an electrocardiogram, waited again, got sent to a different building, more waiting, sent back to the first building for an X-ray, sent back to the other building for more waiting, they confirmed it is a pneumothorax but sent me home with a piece of paper and told me to come back to SDEC this morning
left side of my body hurts like hell (feels worse than last time, probably a bigger hole this time), still alive for now, but yeah not very nice tbh (and not how I wanted to spend my weekend)
honestly main thing is that I know exactly what it is (hole in lung) and exactly what causes it (the laws of physics themselves having an ongoing dispute with the structural integrity of my lungs) so it's somewhat more of a 'rather painful inconvenience' rather than a 'traumatic event' nowadays but still not very nice when it does happen
the concerning thing is that it's only been 6 months since my last one, when the previous ones were all roughly a year and almost a half apart from each other, which is a bit unexpected.
no problem :3 (tbf I normally bodge together something when I notice I get a new follower who doesn't already have a button, but it kinda feels a bit awkward telling people HEY I CREATED THIS BUTTON COMPLETELY UNPROMPTED FOR YOU HAVE FUN OR SOMETHING I DON'T KNOW)
thanks :)
