been trying to make a plugin for mudlet to show some status bars and such in the client UI so I don't have to keep manually typing QS to check stamina etc when playing MUD2. It's been going better than expected so far. Will post a link when it's done.

welp, I've now added some notes about what exactly went wrong for each of those permadeaths - making it easier for others to learn from my mistakes :3

Anywho, if any of you are particularly bored and want something to do at 9PM BST (in ~20 minutes), why not head over to http://www.mudii.co.uk and join in the weekly mobile bash (in which everyone tries to kill every single mob in The Land within ~100 minutes, for shits n giggles)

sidenote - I personally use mudlet as my client of choice (https://mudlet.org.uk), but, if you just can't be arsed to deal with installing anything and just want to play it in your browser, head over to https://mudii.glitch.me for a decently idiotproof (but a bit naff) entirely-in-browser client for MUD2

but yeah you will need to go to http://www.mudii.co.uk and create an account (it's completely free nowadays, and they invented MUD2 way before microtransactions) otherwise you're stuck as a guest and won't be able to do much at all :p
