just read your ipod blog! forgetting about how awesome it is to listen to full albums is so real LOL i was hating on spotify on my blog recently as well, and ever since i've started avoiding algorithmic playlists and playing full albums, i feel so passionate about music in a way i havent for yearsss. i really recommend checking out discogs.com if u havent already as another way to find music!
thank you for checking the blog out!! =D when you said you wrote a blog on a smiliar topic I immediately went to go read it and man it feels really vindicating to see someone else coming to the same realizations I have, and not just generally but a specific personal experience about how buying a book about pheonix made you dig deeper into the music and come to the re-realization that music is about experiences (1/?)
and sharing said experiences, rather than just noise to have on in the background, I think thats cool that we both sort of came to this basically on a whim βͺ(Β΄β½ο½)(2/2)
omg yess i felt the same way when i was reading your blog :D reconnecting with music was for me such an amazing experience that when it happened i really wanted everyone else to experience it as well, so i loved reading about how a really similar thing happened to u!! im wishing for these sorts of whims and coincidences to happen to many more music lovers and get them out of streaming service hell :P
