I think if I was designing my website from scratch today it would be less gaudy and more text-focused. Not that I think it's particularly gaudy as it is right now.

I recently switched from VSCode to Zed for general code editing and after setting it up I think Zed is 100x better in every conceivable way. Not sure if it's interesting enough to write a blog post about

does it have a live preview function? cuz thats literaly the only reason i've stuck with VS code (well, codium) despite it being so overwhelming

@canina it has a built-in command prompt like VSCode does. I use Jekyll for building my site so I can use that command prompt to start up a preview. I'm not sure what your workflow is like but maybe you could make something work using that?
