If you eat a dearth of red meat or poultry, sideropaenia is a common ailment...
What kind of puzzles me is that I have a reasonably "normal" diet, so I should be doing just fine.
Well, I wish I had more time to read more fiction and less papers and technical docs (but then, no one makes me read FP papers, so maybe I just think that I wish).
the day i'll finally have the motivation to read as much as u do will be a miracle!!!
@menmy: For me it's all about finding the right book with an interesting subject. I can't really think of a worse thing than having to read a book about a topic I'm absolutely not interested in.
@arkmsworld: This is my first time reading The Lord of the Rings or The Hobbit. I've been sort of meaning to read the books ever since the movies came out, but never got around to doing that until now. Well, I guess the benefit of reading them now is that I was able to buy the newer versions of the books, with improved translations.
I first read them in high school before even the animated movie came out. I had no idea what the story would be and my heart actually raced as I read Frodo's ride to the ford. They have always been among my favourite books. You might want to also check out The Silmarillion when you finish them.
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyedthem. I did put a bit of myself into those pages.
