testing having some elements load via JS went very smoothly & it scares me lol (have a feeling the next time I add/try JS stuff it's gonna be way more scuffed)

Just finished renaming pages & rolling out the new sidebar & footer... pretty managable now but I think it's time i actually look into JS so I don't have to individually edit each page for an update like this...

adding make a new layout (or learn how to make a proper sidebar) to the 2023 to-do list. Even if the 'design' link is temporary, it's starting to get a bit clunky at 9 links! but tbf it's a heavily modified bootstrap navbar which i'm pretty sure is not meant to be vertical in the first place🧍‍♀️

Switched the BG to a more subdued (but not excessively minimal) version so it doesn't compete with artwork, etc onsite. +long overdue CSS tweaks so I don't have to individualy edit BGs on each page

Prepwork incase i need to host a school project here & some extra layout tests/fixes as I prep that
