Some progress on the layout update: I'm almost done with the base layouts for the main pages & gallery pages + one for smaller pages that don't need that much (eg: sitemap, Web to-do's, placeholders). But alas, responsive navbar strikes again as the snippet I was planning on using likely won't work with JS-based navs

I wish there was a better way of doing navbars since neocities doesn't have PHP support, but I also don't want to have to update 10+ pages individually if I need to make any changes to the navbar
